1. Daily Time

   

As known, Mount Batur is famous for stunning sunrise view in early morning, exactly between 05.00 am to 06.30 am.

For getting the peak as time above, it probably takes 1.5 – 3 hours to hike (depends on your speed).

You can hike between 01.00 am to 02.30 am (midnight) so that arrive on time at the peak. Besides that, trekking at the midnight times also offers fresher and cooler atmosphere to you.

2. Monthly Time

   

In monthly, the best time to trek is between July to August which usually offers great sunny days. Avoid trekking between December to March because of rainy seasons.
